		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree with you more with respect to enforcing the governing documents and rules against the owners of a unit!  Associations should also consider amending their Declaration/CC&amp;Rs to include a rental restriction that requires the governing documents to be incorporated into any lease with a tenant.  Informing owners AND tenants of the rules, and uniformly enforcing them over the long term, greatly reduces the incidence of &quot;unruly&quot; tenant behavior, in our experience.
